日式便當不蒸,但是可微波加熱
分享兒子在幼稚園時代,冬天是如何使用暖便當
園方會將學童的便當收集起來,放進一個大型的保溫箱保溫
讓學童們在午餐時可以享用微暖的便當。
而這時候,在選擇便當盒的材質要多加注意是否可微波保溫使用。
一般園方都會要求家長,這時期選用鋁製的便當盒。
這天就來分享兩道便當菜,冷了也一樣美味。
而孩子的便當就稍微做個簡單造型,讓孩子渡過快樂的午餐。

* 媽媽便當: 迷你日式炸豬排 以及 竹輪四季豆起司捲 便當
◆迷你日式炸豬排
<材 料︰>梅花肉片 5片、蛋液 1顆份、麵粉 適量、麵包粉 適量

◆竹輪四季豆起司捲
<材 料︰>竹輪 4條、紫蘇葉 2片、起司 2片、四季豆 8條

◆稻荷壽司
<材 料︰>壽司醋(醋25ml + 砂糖2小匙 + 鹽1/4小匙)、
白飯 400g、調味豆皮 4塊、白芝麻 適量


(1)在梅花肉片上撒上適量的鹽以及胡椒後,捲起來。
依序將肉卷裹上麵粉、蛋液以及麵包粉。

 
(2)放入170℃油鍋炸至金黃色即可起鍋濾油。


(3)預先將四季豆燙熟切片。將竹輪縱切開,
依序放上紫蘇葉、起司片以及 4小段的四季豆。
捲起來後用牙籤固定好。送進小烤箱,烤至起司融化即可。

 
(4)將熱騰騰煮好的飯,取出倒入大容器中,加入調勻的壽司醋趁熱拌勻並撒上白芝麻。
然後用一塊擰乾的濕布蓋在拌均的壽司飯,以防止壽司飯變乾。
hippoMum小秘訣:拌壽司飯時,用飯杓像是切飯般地將壽司醋和飯混合。


 
(5)將適量的壽司飯整成橢圓形壽司飯糰。
將壽司飯糰塞滿一塊剝開的豆皮(圖※5左),就是美味的稲荷壽司。
hippoMum小秘訣:將調味豆皮返過來,就是雙色稲荷壽司。

 
↑↑在稻荷壽司以及其他的便當菜放入便當盒中即可。

* 上學便當:雪人造型便當
 

<材 料︰>壽司飯、調味豆皮、蟹肉棒 、海苔
(1)準備兩小顆圓形壽司飯(一顆約15g)。
然後將圓形壽司飯放入剝開的豆皮內。
用紅色蟹肉棒作為圍巾以及腮紅。
最後貼上用海苔做成的眼睛以及嘴巴即可完成。
hippoMum小秘訣:使用小竹子可以輕易地將蟹肉棒的紅白部份刮開。

 
↑↑將玉子燒、迷你日式炸豬排 以及 竹輪四季豆起司捲放入便當盒中。

最後將雪人壽司也擺入即可。美味又有氣氛的佳節造型便
